Computational Chemistry Researcher
Job Description
You will conduct computer-based analyses, including quantum chemical calculations, molecular dynamics simulations, and chemoinformatics, for various chemical research projects. You will also be responsible for reporting research results and proposing possible improvements. In addition to computational analysis, you will be involved in making proposals to customers and participating in research discussions.

Compensation and Benefits
| Starting Salary | Monthly salary from JPY 217,000 for bachelor’s degree holders to JPY 349,000 for doctoral degree holders, determined based on age, educational background, and other factors |
| Allowances | Commuting allowance, housing allowance, family allowance, qualification allowance, and others |
| Salary Increase | Once a year, regular salary increase in July |
| Bonuses | Twice a year, summer bonus and year-end bonus, subject to individual performance and company performance |
