- From Shin-Yamaguchi Station on the Shinkansen line or Ube Station on the JR Sanyo Main Line, take the JR Ube Line and get off at Ube-Shinkawa Station or Kotoshiba Station.
From the bus stop in front of the station, take a municipal bus on the Hiraki Line, via Kotoshiba or Sangudori, bound for Hirakidai or Hirakidai/Kotsukyoku, or the Hagiwara (Hiraki) Circular Line, and get off at “Kogakubu-mae.” It is a 3-minute walk from the bus stop.

- After arriving at the Faculty of Engineering, Yamaguchi University, please proceed through the main gate and come to the “Collaborative Research and Development Building.” (Campus Map)
